Web & Digital Marketing Specialist

Websites built around how businesses actually work.

I combine website strategy, UI/UX, SEO, content and digital marketing to make businesses easier to find, understand, trust and act on.

01 Creative + Strategic + Technical

Strategy
meets story.

I don’t treat websites, content, search visibility and brand as four separate problems. I look at the whole path a customer takes — from the first search or social post to the site, the enquiry, and what happens after it.

My background is in marketing and entrepreneurship, and I run a business of my own, so I know what it costs when that path breaks. I have rebuilt a U.S.-based client’s website page by page, built a commercial site from nothing, and handled the brand, bookings and marketing behind an operating service business.

I work the same way on every project: understand the business first, decide what the site actually has to do, then build it, test it and verify it live. Every claim on this site is one I can walk through.

02 Selected work

Selected businesses, built around how customers decide.

Three projects I can show in depth — selected from a broader mix of web, marketing and creative work. Each case study shows the reasoning, not just the result: what I found, what I decided, and what I am deliberately not claiming.

  1. The Gen Spa home page on a laptop: the pain relief, recovery and wellness care headline, beside a photograph of the practitioner.

    Gen Spa

    Wellness Website, SEO & Content

A South Florida therapeutic wellness practice asked for a redesign. What I found underneath was structural: a page URL serving the wrong article, treatment prices buried in prose, and a video library sitting in a footer with nothing for search to index. Only one of those is cosmetic.

My role Site audit, information architecture, page and content structure, SEO, and the before/after performance measurement shown above. I led the page implementation, technical QA and publishing.

    Lemon Refresh

Beverage Website, UI/UX & Digital Brand Experience

Lemon Refresh was already trading — thirteen drinks, five stalls, a franchise-operated stall in Rizal — with a Facebook page as its only web presence. The hard part wasn’t making it look good. It was deciding what could honestly be published: two stalls sit in one building on different floors, and several claims in the source material could not be verified at all.

My role Creative direction, site strategy, information architecture and UI/UX. I directed the build and shipped it to production. I supplied and confirmed the footprint, opening hours and authoritative menu the site is built on, and set what could and could not be claimed. Static Astro build, no CSS framework.

    iBlast Photobooth

Brand Experience, Website & Booking Journey

iBlast is mine — I rebranded it from Street Booth and run it — so I saw this one from the inside. Every inquiry restarted from “how much?”, and the proof of the work was scattered across months of social posts with nowhere to send anyone. The site became the answer to both — and it hands the customer off to Messenger, where they already are.

My role Brand system and rebrand, social campaign graphics and captions, print layout design, photography and video, copy, and the website itself — I led the build around the business I operate, through testing and deployment. One page, one stylesheet, one vanilla JavaScript file: no framework, no build step, no JS libraries.

Visual storytelling & video

Personal film work, not client campaigns — filmed, cut and colour-graded by me. It is the same craft that goes into a brand’s reels, its posts and the graphics that carry them.

Individual pieces — layouts, graphics, social content and site sections — are collected by discipline. Open the work library →

03 Capabilities

What I build.

Four areas a business usually ends up hiring separately, held together by one point of view. The first two are where most of the work — and most of the evidence — sits.

04 Content & social

The content that carries the work.

Campaign graphics, promotional posts and short-form video for iBlast Photobooth — the business I rebranded and run. Designed, written and published by me.

Each one was designed for a specific event and published to the iBlast page. The individual posts, print layouts and event reels — and the personal film work — are collected by discipline. Open the work library →

What this covers

Campaign creative, promotional graphics, captions, short-form video and brand consistency — produced end to end for a working business. It sits alongside the web and SEO work rather than in place of it.

05 How it runs

From idea to impact.

Four stages, in order, with something you can look at and decide on at the end of each one. No stage starts before the one before it is settled.

  1. 01

    Discover

I start with the business, its goals and the people it needs to reach — then audit what already exists before proposing anything new.

You getA written audit of what you have, and where it falls short.

  2. 02

    Define

I set out the strategy, the structure and the order of work — what this has to achieve, and how you will know whether it did.

You getA one-page plan you approve before anything gets made.

  3. 03

    Design + Build

I design and build the thing itself — pages, layouts, graphics, content — and test it on real devices as it goes up.

You getDesigns to approve first, then a working link you can open.

  4. 04

    Launch + Improve

I launch it, measure what actually happens, and keep refining — the version that ships is rarely the best one available.

You getA short report on what changed, and what I would do next.
